What is LED? How does the system of light work?
LED stands for Light Emitting Diode. The semiconductor element which is luminous with electricity is an important feature of LEDs. There are p-type semiconductors with more electron holes and n-type semiconductor with more electrons which together comprise of a p-n connection. With the forward direction voltage, an electron hole and an electron move and combine to release the light equivalent band gap energy.
What is M2D Technology?
Not only the brightness and efficiency in lights, but also the reliability of the same is required for the high power LED light to replace conventional mercury light. Since high power is located at a greater height where bulb replacement and maintenance is not an easy task and at the same time, the poor quality and reliability affect the running cost increasing to a higher number.
